Does your pharmacy system include features that help you quickly navigate through your workflow and processes? Manually dialing phone numbers throughout can actually be time-consuming for the pharmacy staff. With PioneerRx and certain IVR vendors, pharmacies may easily initiate phone calls by clicking the phone icons displayed next to phone numbers in the software.
Dustin Allen, pharmacy manager for NC Medassist in Charlotte, NC, worked with PioneerRx and his IVR vendor to enable the Click to Call feature.
“When this feature was released, I was immediately interested because we have a large volume of phone calls we make every day. It’s quicker to just look at the screen and click the number instead of manually dialing it ourselves a hundred times a day,” says Dustin.
