As a member of our Accounting Support team, you’ll train customers on the financial aspects of our pharmacy software. Your workday will consist of focused customer support, troubleshooting, and working with customers to solve problems pertaining to financial and accounting procedures. You’ll be assisting smaller independent pharmacies with interpreting sales figures and analyzing financial reports for accuracy.
Your excellent customer service skills and analytic proficiency will lend to resolving financial/accounting issues that pharmacies may experience. In doing so, you’ll develop long-term relationships with our customers and feel great accomplishment when boosting their satisfaction with us.
Passion to teach! We explain software use and accounting concepts to customers
Strong customer service background in a professional or retail environment
Excellent telephone communication skills, including a reassuring and confident speaking tone
Ability to analyze, identify, prioritize, research, document, and resolve financial-related issues
Able to efficiently manage time and multi-task
Experience with Windows 7 or higher
Appreciation of and active participation in internal teamwork
Punctual and reliable
Associate’s degree or higher
Comfortable working in the professional office environment of a support center
