Prior Authorization Management

Optical character recognition scans each document so that the proper record is attached to the correct patient’s profile. Documents can be used to assign new tasks such as calling a patient or renewing prior authorization.
All emails, text messages, call history and recordings, and voicemails are stored and linked to a patient’s online profile. Transcribed voicemails and refill orders submitted through IVR are set as tasks and arranged in the queue.
