As a PioneerRx user — both new and experienced — you are provided with a wide range of Support Services to help guide you through any questions you may have. Each pharmacy receives its own Account Manager, who will be the point of contact and resource for software-related questions. All of our account managers are licensed pharmacy technicians with an average of ten years experience, so they truly understand the inner workings of a pharmacy. Our highly-trained Hardware Support team tackles the computer-related issues that may interrupt your workflow, and the members of Accounting Support will guide you through all areas of maintaining your pharmacy’s financial success. No matter the situation, our dedicated support team has you covered. 

Kelvin Lee, Pharmacy Director at Tulalip Clinical Pharmacy in Tulalip, WA, comments on how helpful their own Account Manager has been. “Rachel is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She comes through for us so much. She’s helped us with a few development projects. Just recently, we asked for a customized report for our building purposes. There’s no report in the system for that, and she helped us with that,” Kelvin recounts. “We also contact Accounting Support for billing questions and. . .we talk to hardware when we have [technical] questions or something isn’t working right.”
