Supporting our customers after the sale is an important priority for New-Tech Computer Systems. This is why we are pleased to offer PioneerRx Instant Support. This new program allows our technical service representatives to remotely view and control your computer when you call in for support.

To use the program:
  1. Call your regular technical support line for your product
  2. The support representative will ask you to download the Instant Support application
  3. Once started it will display a 6 digit number
  4. Give this number to the support representative
  5. The support representative will use the number to create a support session where they will be able to see your screen and work with you to fix your issue or address your question
